June, 2013 - Featuring Teresa Lin, winner of the 2012 PSWE Youth Soloist Competition
PSWE is proud to present a full concert season at the Evergreen Cultural Centre in Coquitlam, BC.
This season the ensemble will explore, through a number of major works both original and transcribed, musical responses to our planet and life upon it. Full of humour, pathos and great melodies, the season will include collaborations with other artists and ensembles and contributions by local composers.

Test the sky and look to the clouds, planets and stars with a musical viewpoint. WALKING TO THE SKY by Robert Buckley. will be featured.
HYDROSPHERE - Dec. 9, 2017 - 8:00 pm
Next we observe the oceans, lakes and rivers and find beauty there and the perils found there-in. Featured pieces include Mendelssohn's "Fingal's Cave," "Of Sailors and Whales: five scenes from Melville", by W. Francis McBeth, "Blue Lake Overture" by John Barnes Chance and the Prelude from "49th Parallel" by Ralph Vaughan Williams.
GEOSPHERE - Feb. 18, 2018 - 3:00 pm
Then we find inspiration from the rocks and soil on which we live, and the physical monuments that we view with awe. Among the places we will explore are the Sonoran Desert, the Shenandoah River, the Isle of Man and the Rocky Mountains. We'll travel Down A Country Lane, frolic with Molly on the Shore and celebrate both Winter and Mother Earth herself! Christin Reardon MacLellan is our guest conductor.
BIOSPHERE - June 9, 2018 - 8:00 pm
This final concert draws from all life on earth which has inspired us, and a new work by PSWE Music Director David Branter.
